Artisan Booth Space Application

The Seward Music and Arts Festival is a celebration of music, dance, and artistic craftsmanship that entertains a wide variety of creative interests.  This year’s 7th annual festival takes place indoors at the cruise ship terminal, an event offering many talented musicians and performers, on site painting of the “Mural in a Day” project, dynamic children’s area and educational opportunities, local art show, food & artisan booths, a beer garden, and more.  If you are interested in vending your handcrafted goods please read and follow the guidelines below.


GUIDELINES

*Vendor applications will be reviewed as they are received.  This being a celebration of the arts, only those selling their handmade work will be accepted.  Demonstration of a vendor’s particular craft is encouraged but not required.  This is a creative, family festival, so arrive ready to enjoy it! 


*The booth fees include, Friday (optional), Saturday, and Sunday.  Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, flame resistant table coverings, and fire extinguisher.  All spaces include accessible electrical outlets.


*Booth fees are $75 (8’ x 10’ space) or $125 (10’ x 10’ space).


*Refundable cleaning deposit of $25.


*Please write two separate checks (payable to Seward Arts Council): one for the booth fee you have chosen and one for the cleaning deposit.
