SMAF 2017 Performer Application

Thank you for your interest in performing at the Seward Music and Arts Festival September 22- 24,  2017! 

Please fill out this form in it's entirety to be considered for a spot at SMAF.  This is a family friendly festival that takes place each September in Seward's indoor Dale R. Lindsey Cruise-ship Terminal. This event is fully volunteer run, and all complimentary lodging and food donations are provided by local businesses. Our music director, Fiona North, will respond to your 2017 application before May of this year.
